Please note that if you are planning to deposit/withdraw funds using a bank card or a wire transfer, then previously accepted documents for account verification do not meet the requirements of processing systems.

To repeat verification, please email at verification@mail.instaforex.com stating your trading account number and a code word. You also need to attach new photos that meet the requirements of the payment system:

• You must provide a photo of the documents, not a scan;
• The photo must be clear and the information on the fields must be legible;
• A detailed design of the document must be visible;
• The photo must contain all corners/edges of the document.
